Windows 10 won't include support for syncing Start menu layouts or app installs

Microsoft has confirmed that it will remove two sync features from Windows 10 that are currently included in Windows 8 and 8.1. That means Windows 10 users who own more than one device that use one Microsoft account will have to do some things manually that were done automatically in Windows 8/8.1.
