Web apps get push notifications and more in Windows 10

Microsoft has just made web apps exponentially more powerful on Windows 10 with new developer tools. Developers can reuse server hosted website tools and rich capabilities of the universal Windows 10 platform to give the site a live tile, and push notifications.
