HTC Vive and SteamVR will add Unreal Engine 4 support for better-looking games

Epic Games will include support for the HTC Vive virtual reality headset and SteamVR in the next public version of its Unreal Engine 4 game development tools.

This means that the HTC Vive will, in theory, be able to play a larger number of games. Unreal Engine 4 is already being used to create a wide variety of titles, and recently Epic Games decided to get rid of its monthly fee for developing games with the engine.
