Home Sharing for music is back in the latest iOS 9 beta

Apple removed Home Sharing for music in iOS 8.4, which was likely a result of licensing deals with record labels following the launch of Apple Music. Eddy Cue confirmed earlier this month that the feature would be coming in iOS 9, and the latest beta version — launched yesterday for develoers — does have the feature enabled.

Along with the re-introduction of Home Sharing, the latest iOS 9 beta comes with tweaks to the Handoff feature, which is now displayed at the bottom of the app switcher instead of the carousel. We’ll let you know once the changes are available in the public beta channel.
