Here's what's been fixed and what issues still remain in the Windows 10 Mobile 10136 build

Along with a list of what’s new and improved in the just released Windows 10 Mobile preview build 10136, Microsoft’s Windows Insider head Gabriel Aul has offered a list of what fixes has been put in the build compared to the older 10080 version. There’s also a list of what issues are still around with this build.
