Back on April 21, it was announced that BlackBerry had purchased WatchDox Ltd. in a bid to further bolster the company’s enterprise and security solutions and now, BlackBerry has announced the acquisition is complete. BlackBerry will integrate WatchDox EFSS solutions as a service through BES12 as well offer the services as an independent value-added solution in the BlackBerry portfolio of EMM solutions.
