BlackBerry acquires WatchDox to bolster security and enterprise offerings

BlackBerry today announced the company has purchased WatchDox Ltd. in a bid to further bolster the company’s enterprise and security solutions. Technology and services included in the WatchDox acquisition will be offered to BlackBerry customers as value-added services to compliment the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) portfolio.
